Mr. Sunil Nayak is a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of 16 years in the field of Finance, Accounts, and Audits. Before joining Mecdec Medicare Pvt Ltd. Mr. Nayak was associated with ITD Cementation India Ltd. in the field of Internal Audit and held a Senior position in the Company. As a member of the Senior Management team, he played a key role in the preparation of the annual audit plan, a quarterly review of Risk Assessment at the Operational and Financial levels, regular assessment of compliances with the Company’s policies and procedures as well as concerned statutory requirements, safeguarding of assets i.e. prevention or detection of unauthorized acquisition and disposition of Company’s asset, review of Internal Financial Control system, liaise with Departmental heads for finalization of Audit Reports.
Mr. Sunil Nayak has demonstrated a history of leading the financial operations of the company bringing financial discipline & ethics in finance adhering to the highest standards. Expertise in Inventory and Logistics management with an extensive scope of responsibility and with a proven track record of delivering optimal results that exceed operational goals and yield measurable outcomes. Strong operational process improvement knowledge in the supply chain through effective cost reduction, tactical planning, productivity gain, and revenue growth strategies, decreasing turnaround times. To optimize the Supplier base of proven high-quality suppliers, establishing long-term strategic relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors and delivering savings back to the business. Working closely with all levels of Management within the Company to determine needs, develop strategies and plans, and provide procurement sources in support of those needs. Plan, direct and manage the Procurement activities of the Organization.
As a professional qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Sunil Kumar Nayak is responsible for accounting, financing, Auditing, taxation, forecasting, strategic planning and responsible for variety of tasks in Management Accounting including the creation of policies, day-to-day control, performance evaluation and so on.
