Mr Ambarish Chatterjee is the Executive Director of Medec Medicare Limited. A Business Leader with 24+ years of experience in FMCG– Food / Non-Food to OTC and Pharmaceutical Products. Ambarish’s multi-category experience in large organizations has helped him specialize in start-up projects as well as driving growth in the legacy products category. His wide exposure to setting up a business arm of a well-known MNC has helped him garner a complete understanding of P&L as well as regulatory and tax compliance for enabling business growth. Passion and collaborative approach with various stakeholders and functions has been exemplary in achieving organizational objectives. Having worked across levels in large organizations and reporting to cross-cultural leadership, Ambarish has developed the finer OD Skills of people management across the hierarchy. Ambrish believes in providing a Strategic Vision aligning accountability among teams & Speed of Action.

Ambarish has completed a Masters of Business Administration from IMI, New Delhi & Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad).

In a career spanning over 25 years, Ambarish Chatterjee has held key senior management positions in pre-eminent MNCs like Abbot India, Eveready, Sun Pharma, Ansell, Sara Lee, Godrej, and Bioderma among others. Ambarish brings to the table his vast experience in navigating the complexities of Today’s dynamic business environment while at the same time handling multimillion-dollar portfolios with ease. His Experience with launching brands from scratch & achieving market domination has been his key thrust areas.

Ms. Pooja Ambure is the Independent Director of Medec Medicare Limited. Pooja has completed a Master Of Commerce (M.Com) in marketing) from Tolani College Of Commerce after completing a Bachelor Of Management Studies. Pooja further pursued Digital Marketing from the Indian Institute Of Digital Education. Pooja specializes in wealth management & has been tracking the finance sector. Pooja is an accomplished woman business leader and a multi-faceted professional with a proven track record in diverse industries and a genuine passion for empowering individuals and businesses. From technology to finance to healthcare, Pooja has demonstrated robust leadership in developing and executing successful strategic plans that drive innovation and growth. Pooja has introduced new ideas and strategies that have improved organizational performance by bringing in fresh perspectives and a different set of skills that are required for a strong corporate entity. In her career as a woman business leader, Pooja has promoted collaboration and inclusion in strategic planning, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives and experiences in developing comprehensive and effective plans.
